An Iceberg Technology Group customer, has a current contract opportunity for a PeopleSoft Technical Lead resource to plan and execute a US based acquisition into PeopleSoft HCM. Request Notes:
All submittals must have the following:
1. PeopleSoft mass data conversion/acquisition/load experience - including payroll accumulators conversion to support mid year conversion.
2. Experience with Application Designer, People Code and People Tools
3. Significant experience writing detailed business specifications including data conversion and process flows.
This PeopleSoft resource is needed to plan and execute the payroll and benefits work within our PS systems to accurately transfer employee and advisor data for the integration of the acquired company.
Requirements include:
- Employee data is correctly entered into companies two systems. Feed are created between the two systems as needed.
- Employee elections are correctly entered into PS system.
- Payroll deductions are correctly made on employee paychecks.
- Create reusable project plan and process map.
MUST HAVE:
7-10 years of in-depth Peoplesoft HR, Payroll, Time & Labor and Benefits experience to assist us with the acquisition.
