Duties:Works as a member of the HRIS team coordinating and running
regular system processes, especially pertaining to the administration
of benefits in PeopleSoft. Partners with Benefit, HR, Payroll and IT
staff to troubleshoot system errors. Configures, tests, implements and
audits system changes to meet client needs. Develops and maintains
system and process documentation. Orients and trains system users.
Recommends and implements process improvements. Provides query and
reporting support. Participates in HRIS system projects, development
and support.=20
Requirements: Two plus years experience working with PeopleSoft
Benefits Administration and eBenefits (version 8.9. Skilled in system
configuration, testing, processing and troubleshooting related to Open
Enrollment. Experienced running and troubleshooting event maintenance.
Project management skills.Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem
solving skills.Must be detail oriented, able to troubleshoot and
resolve issues within these systems.=20
Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.=20
Experienced using PeopleSoft query.Proactive approach towards
improving processes and systems. Ability to multi-task and manage time
effectively to meet concurrent priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of
or experience with PeopleSoft Pension Administration is a plus.=20
