A Twin Cities company is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to help support the launch of a new SaaS application. This would be a 2 month contract @ 20hrs/week. Specifically, this individual will help support the development of user documentation within Adobe RoboHelp. This person will also provide creative designs and concepts needed to enhance the user experience.
More Details:
As a technical writer, you will work collaboratively to design, create, write, and deliver concise, easy-to-understand documentation for a new SaaS application. You should be self-directed and team-oriented with the ability to understand the needs of business users and administrators, and deliver a one of a kind user experience. You are a problem-solver with excellent people and communication skills, able to work with documentation management, product manager, and other staff to understand and document new products and product enhancements. You are focused on producing high-quality documentation (User Manual, Interactive Help), and you understand how your work contributes to the overall success of the product.
Local resources preferred, but open to exceptional candidates. Both on-site and/or off-site work would be required, depending on immediate need.
