Self-motivated functional consultant needed for a Long Term Incentive Plann=
ing project enhancement project within PeopleSoft HRMS. This resource must =
have experience working on projects that involve collaboration with busines=
s process owners and developers to design a custom and global Manager Self =
Service solution for long term incentive (stock award) planning. Will be re=
sponsible as the functional analyst to: Facilitate requirements gathering w=
ith business process owners Document detailed design for technical developm=
ent Create and execute system testing scripts Assist with defining and exec=
uting user acceptance testing Provide input into project status, communicat=
ions, and training content Drive to effective decision making, issue resolu=
tion, project timeline and deliverables Required: No Technical Developers p=
