ng responsible for monitoring and maintaining key project deliverables, and=
providing training and support to project team members in the use and appl=
ication of project management methodology, templates, and tools.

Responsibilities include the following:

Organizes and maintains projects=E2=80=99 deliverables.

Monitors, schedules, and facilitates project milestone reviews.

Monitors and maintains processes for key project tracking efforts: =20
issues, risks, decisions, project change requests, purchases, time reportin=
g, expense reporting.

Assists with the execution of project communications and reporting.
=C2=B7 =20
Participates in Project Management meetings for purposes of drafting meetin=
g minutes.

Facilitates project staffing activities including new team member orientati=
on, vacation and training schedules, roll-offs.

Provides user support for project methodologies including processes, templa=
tes, tools.

Sets up and maintains electronic project management plans and resource mana=
gement plans.

Performs tools maintenance for tools including, but not limited to MS Proje=
ct Professional, MS Project Web Access, MS Project Server, and Project Temp=
lates in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.
