riented, self-motivated functional consultant needed for Compensation plann=
ing enhancements project within PeopleSoft HRMS. This resource will need to=
have great communication skills with users/project team members and must h=
ave experience working in key functional role on large global projects. Thi=
s resource must also have demonstrated in-depth functional expertise with c=
ompensation functionality in PeopleSoft version 8.9. Will be responsible as=
the functional analyst to: Facilitate requirements gathering with business=
process owners Document detailed design for technical development Create a=
nd execute system testing scripts Assist with defining and executing user a=
cceptance testing Provide input into project status, communications, and tr=
aining content Drive to effective decision making, issue resolution, projec=
t timeline and deliverables No Technical Developers please! (Request is for=
Business Analyst only) Must have PeopleSoft HRMS experience. Must have 5yr=
plus experience in developing custom applications in PeopleSoft. Preferenc=
e to HRMS work in compensation variable pay/bonus module. Demonstrated abil=
