igence / Data Warehouse (BIDW) Program resulting in the implementation of a=
large, integrated system. This is a strategic program for Client.=20

The project manager is expected to apply appropriate project best practices=
to ensure an on-time, on-budget implementation. Key responsibilities inclu=
de the following:
=C2=B7 Manages multiple data warehousing projects.
=C2=B7 Aligns business intelligence / data warehousing projects wit=
h business strategy
=C2=B7 Works with the BIDW resource manager as a liaison between bu=
siness sponsors and executives.
=C2=B7 Participates on BIDW Steering Committee.
=C2=B7 Works with BIDW resource manager to secure funding and resou=
rces.
=C2=B7 Facilitates the prioritization of projects and requirements =
among competing business interests.
=C2=B7 Coordinates with various business and technical groups whose=
support is needed to build or deploy data warehouses or business intellige=
nce objects.
=C2=B7 Measures results.=20

Skills:
Proven project management professional, with 5-8 years project management e=
xperience and 10+ years work experience.
=C2=B7 PMP preferred.
=C2=B7 Experience leading BIDW implementations in a complex environ=
ment.
=C2=B7 Healthcare industry experience preferred
=C2=B7 Experience coordinating work and schedules with other projec=
ts within a program
=C2=B7 Excellent communication skills.
=C2=B7 Demonstrated decision-making and delegation abilities.
=C2=B7 Knowledge and design of data warehouses and business intelli=
gence deployments.
