An experienced Project Manager is needed to plan and lead the go-live prepa=
rations and execution of that plan, resulting in the phased implementation =
of a large, integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for all sites =
and Hospital Outpatient Departments.=20
This position reports to the EHR Program Manager. The Go-Live Project Manag=
er works closely with the other EHR project managers and work groups and wi=
th IT departments.
The Go-Live Project Manager is expected to apply appropriate project best p=
ractices to ensure on-time, on-budget implementations. Key responsibilities=
include, but are not limited to, the following:

Coordinate go-live planning and execution with the Cutover Project Manager.

Plan and execute all Command Center logistics and coordinate setups for all=
sites.

Organize and conduct dress rehearsals for all sites.

Coordinate activities leading to completion of Business Continuity / downti=
me procedures and policies.

Define, document, communicate and coordinate a go-live issues triage proces=
s.

Plan staffing to support the implementation before, during and after go-liv=
e for each site.

Communicate plans within the program and coordinate communications with the=
EHR Communications Lead.=20
Skills:
Proven project management professional, with 5-8 years project management e=
xperience and 10+ years work experience.=20
PMP preferred.=20
Experience leading Epic integrated go-lives in a complex environment.=20
Experience coordinating work and schedules with other projects within a pro=
gram and with clients teams (Operations and IT) outside the program.=20
Excellent communication skills.=20
