An experienced Project Manager is needed to plan and lead the implementation of a structure to provide production support for the phased implementation of a large, integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for all sites and Hospital Outpatient Departments. Phase 1 will need to meet support needs for current systems in addition to the Epic integrated solution to be deployed to the first sites in August.
This position reports to the PMO Director and works closely with the designated Services Manager.
The EHR Support Model Project Manager is expected to apply appropriate project best practices to ensure on-time, on-budget implementations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Lead a team to design the support model needed when the first EHR implementations are ready to transition to support, including staffing levels, roles and responsibilities, training, documentation.

Coordinate delivery of training to the support team.
Coordinate planning and execution of the support model with the EHR Cutover Project Manager and EHR Site Implementation Project Manager.

Facilitate definition of cutover-to-support acceptance criteria with the EHR Program Manager and Services Manager.

Communicate plans within the EHR program and coordinate communications with the Services Manager.

Develop a plan to extend the Phase 1 for the next EHR go-live.

Develop a plan for defining the future state support model. (Phase 2)
Skills:
Proven project management professional, with 5-8 years project management experience and 10+ years work experience.
PMP preferred.
ITIL Service Delivery preferred.
Experience designing and leading Epic support in a complex environment.
Experience coordinating work and schedules with other projects within a program.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility and diplomacy
