A Twin Cities client has a need for a Core HR Functional Lead for a
PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 upgrade. If you are interested in and qualified for this

and availability date. The job responsibilities and requirements are as
follows:
Responsibilities
60% Functional
=B7 Lead all functional activities including fit/gap, business proc=
ess
reviews, system configuration, modification design, and testing.
=B7 Perform functional consulting with HR and Benefits while
interacting with other HR Stakeholders to better understand the
functionality difference between version 8.8 to 9.1
=B7 Act as subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HR and Benefits
=B7 Ability to facilitate understanding of existing and new
functionality, identification and resolution for areas where business
processes depart from delivered PeopleSoft 9.0/9.1 software solutions and t=
o
recommend best practices from past experience.
=B7 Interface with technical team members to coordinate the
fulfillment of all requirements.
30% Configuration and Testing
=B7 Perform HR system configuration in PeopleSoft 9.1
=B7 Create Test plans for various testing phase
=B7 Perform Unit Testing, System Testing
=B7 Co-Ordinate User Acceptance Testing
10% Project Management
=B7 Perform duties assigned by the Project Manager
=B7 Develop detailed work plans for area of responsibility and moni=
tor
status of progress, taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain
budget and schedule
=B7 Identifying key functional risks during early project phases
=B7 Managing key functional risks through all phases
=B7 Development of functional work plans and integration of those w=
ork
plans into the Integrated Project Plan (IPP)
=B7 Alignment of the functional scope with project objectives
Required
=B7 Experienced as a Functional lead on at least 2 Upgrade with
PeopleSoft HR in a functional design/configuration role.
=B7 Experience in Leading Fit/Gaps, Gathering requirements and
solution design
=B7 8+ years of experience in ERP applications design, development,
testing and implementation for Human Capital Management business
applications
=B7 6+ years functional knowledge of key HR and Benefits business
processes that are often enabled by technology.
=B7 2+ years previous hands-on project experience designing and
configuring the PeopleSoft HR in release 9.0.
=B7 Proven experience as an integral team member on at least 2 Upgr=
ade
with PeopleSoft HR in a functional design/configuration role.
=B7 2+ years of experience managing teams of at least 2-3 people on
full lifecycle implementation/upgrade
=B7 Demonstrated team work and collaboration skills
=B7 Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Desired
Experience in PeopleSoft N.A Payroll
Experience in PeopleSoft Benefits
Experience in Enterprise Learning Management
Experience with Crystal, MS Access, PeopleSoft Query and other report
writing tools.
Experience with User Productivity Kit (UPK) software.
