A Twin Cities client has a need for a Business Analyst for a PeopleSoft HCM
9.1 upgrade. If you are interested in and qualified for this position,

follows:
Job Responsibilities: 60% Configuration, Design and Documentation
=B7         Support all functional activities including fit/gap, business
process reviews, system configuration, modification design, and testing.
=B7         Perform Business requirements gathering, process analysis and
design, gap analysis to better understand the functionality difference
between version 8.8 to 9.0/9.1
=B7         Act as subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HR and Benefits
=B7         Ability to facilitate understanding of existing and new
functionality, identification and resolution for areas where business
processes depart from delivered PeopleSoft 9.0/9.1 software solutions and t=
o
recommend best practices from past experience.
=B7         Interface with technical team members to coordinate the
fulfillment of all requirements.
=B7         Create required documents identified by the Functional Lead
=B7         Represents the users area in identifying current or future
procedures
=B7         Works collaboratively with Functional Leads to configure
application
=B7         Contributing to planning the project (e.g. estimates,
dependencies, constraints)
=B7         Contributing to controlling the project (e.g. task status,
meetings, issue identification/resolution)
40% Testing documentation
=B7         Create Test plans and test scripts for various testing phase
=B7         Perform Unit Testing, System Testing
=B7         Support User Acceptance Testing
=B7         Support Go-live
  Requirements: =B7         8 + years PeopleSoft Functional HCM
implementation/upgrade experience
=B7         4+ years previous hands-on project experience designing and
configuring the PeopleSoft HR, N.A Payroll and Benefits in release 9.0.
=B7         Proven experience as an integral team member on at least 2 Upgr=
ade
with PeopleSoft HR, Benefits and N.A Payroll in a functional
design/configuration role.
=B7         Deep configuration knowledge of PeopleSoft HR, N.A  Payroll and
Benefits
=B7         Solid understanding of HR
=B7         Solid understanding self-service
=B7         Perform fit-gap analysis of requirements to package
=B7         Designing modifications to business processes, policies or syst=
em
=B7         Knowledge of software implementation methodology
=B7         Excellent teamwork and communication skills
=B7         BA/BS or equivalent experience
=B7         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Web Que=
ry,
and SQL
=B7         Strong verbal/written communications skills
=B7         Process definition, analysis, design, & implementation required=

Desired:=B7         ELM experience a definite plus.
