*Position Description: *
An Iceberg client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst contractor with
experience in one or more project focus areas:
=B7 Local Government Land Management Systems
=B7 Civil Engineering / Work Order Management Systems
=B7 Human Resources / Performance Management Systems
=B7 Neighborhood and Community Relations / Constituent Relationship
Management Systems
This engagement is estimated to be part-time or full-time for three to six
months.
*Requirements:***
=B7 At least 10 years demonstrated experience in the following:
o Business Case Preparation
=A7 Scope analysis and modeling
=A7 Business needs and capability assessments
=A7 Estimation of cost and effort
o Requirements planning, elicitation, documentation, traceability, and
management
o Business analysis, including:
=A7 Process Modeling (i.e., context diagram, use case, work flow, etc.)
=A7 Data modeling, data flow diagrams
=A7 Business rules analysis
o Decision analysis
o Risk analysis
o Root cause analysis
o RFP Development
o Vendor assessment
=B7 Relevant experience in the specific project focus areas
=B7 Ability to analyze and synthesize information provided by a lar=
