An experienced Project Manager is needed to plan and lead the cutover plann=
ing preparations and execution of that plan, which will support the phased =
implementation of a large, integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) system=
for all sites and Hospital Outpatient Departments.
This position reports to the Site Readiness Project Manager. The Cutover Pr=
oject Manager works closely with the other EHR project managers and work gr=
oups and with IT departments, with a specific emphasis on coordination betw=
een EPIC application teams and ancillary electronically interfaced teams.
The Cutover Project Manager is expected to apply appropriate project best p=
ractices to ensure on-time, on-budget implementations. Key responsibilities=
include, but are not limited to, the following:

Work with Application teams and ancillary departments to build a minute by =
minute sequenced plan of all activities necessary to launch the new technic=
al configuration in a limited time frame

Plan, organize and conduct Dry Runs to validate the detailed cutover plan

Update detailed plan based on findings discovered during the Dry Run issues

Engage necessary resources from across the organization as needed, includin=
g building a detailed staffing model

Coordinate Cutover activities within the overall Site Readiness plan

Work shifts as needed as the Command Center Manager after go-live (fyi - t=
here will be extended shifts during go-live)

Communicate plans within the program and coordinate communications with the=
EHR Site Readiness PM.=20

Skills:
Proven project management professional, with 5-8 years project management e=
xperience and 10+ years work experience.=20
PMP preferred.=20
Experience working in Epic integrated go-lives=20
Experience managing Epic cutover and conversion projects, either from paper=
to Epic or legacy EHR to Epic=20
Experience coordinating work and schedules with other projects within a pro=
